Shipping Policy
We deliver across India. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation and typically arrive within 2–3 business days depending on your location. You will receive an order confirmation after purchase. For any shipping queries, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.
Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged or defective. To initiate a return, please contact us on WhatsApp (+91 93523 02829) or email (ojascollection123@gmail.com) with your order details and a photograph of the item. Once verified, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Wholesale / Bulk Order Policy
We offer special pricing for wholesale and bulk orders for retailers, corporate gifting, and event requirements. Please reach out via WhatsApp or email with your product requirements, quantities, and delivery details. Minimum order quantities and custom lead times apply — typically 7–14 business days depending on order size. Pricing is discussed on a case-by-case basis.
